The cabin arrives prefabricated and includes framing, external cladding, internal lining, flooring, windows and doors. Rob and the team complete the full site setup and install, including footings, plumbing and electrical, based on your site requirements.

Do I need council approval to build a granny flat?

Most properties in the Northern Rivers require approval for secondary dwellings. We’ll help you navigate the process and liaise with private certifiers or council where needed.
